Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing fixtureflex3d.com and purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services. These terms are governed by Norwegian law.

2. Our Products

FixtureFlex 3D sells two categories of products:

• Generic Quick-Change Pallet System (3D Model File): A one-time purchase, providing a downloadable 3D model file for in-house manufacture. Sold as-is.
• Custom Fixture Design: A bespoke engineering service. Scope, pricing, and delivery are agreed per project. Delivered as a 3D model file.

3. Purchases and Payment

All prices are listed in Norwegian Krone (NOK) unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

For the Generic Pallet System, a download link will be provided upon successful payment. For Custom Fixture Designs, a separate agreement will be established before any payment is taken.

4. Downloads and Licence

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the downloaded 3D model file for manufacturing fixtures for your own internal business use. You may not:

• Resell, distribute, or sublicense the 3D model files
• Share the files with third parties outside your organisation
• Use the files to create competing products or services

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds on downloaded 3D model files once the file has been accessed or downloaded. If you experience a technical issue preventing download, contact [email protected] within 7 days of purchase and we will resolve it.

For custom design projects, any refund terms will be defined in your individual project agreement.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our 3D model files are provided as engineering designs intended to be manufactured by a qualified machinist. FixtureFlex 3D does not warrant that any manufactured fixture will perform exactly as modelled in all conditions. You are responsible for verifying the suitability of the design for your specific application before manufacture.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Norwegian law, FixtureFlex 3D shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our products or services.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes shall be resolved in Norwegian courts.
