License Agreement

FixtureFlex 3D grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to:

• •Manufacture physical fixtures and pallet systems based on the Design for your own internal production use
• •Modify the Design files for your own manufacturing requirements (e.g., adapting dimensions to fit your specific machine)
• •Produce unlimited copies of the physical fixture for use within your own facility

You may NOT:

• •Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Design files (CAD, STEP, or any other format) to any third party
• •Manufacture and sell the physical fixtures as standalone products to other parties
• •Share the Design files publicly, including on forums, file-sharing platforms, or competitor services
• •Use the Designs to create derivative products for commercial sale
• •Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or attribution notices in the Design files

All Designs, including but not limited to CAD models, STEP files, 2D drawings, assembly instructions, toolpath suggestions, and bills of materials, are the intellectual property of FixtureFlex 3D. The license granted herein does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property. You own the physical fixtures you manufacture, but FixtureFlex 3D retains all rights to the Design itself.

The Designs are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. FixtureFlex 3D does not guarantee that the Designs will meet your specific manufacturing requirements or that the manufactured fixtures will perform without issue. You are responsible for verifying all dimensions, tolerances, and material selections before machining.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FixtureFlex 3D shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Designs, including but not limited to machine damage, part defects, production delays, or lost revenue. Your total remedy shall be limited to the purchase price paid for the Design.

Due to the digital nature of the product, all sales are final. Refunds will only be considered in cases where the Design files are demonstrably corrupted or cannot be opened in standard CAD software (Autodesk Fusion, SolidWorks, or equivalent).

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Norway.

FixtureFlex 3D reserves the right to update this Agreement at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of previously purchased Designs constitutes acceptance of any updates.
