What is included in a fixture design package?

Every package includes CAD files in STEP format, 2D PDF drawings, a bill of materials with exact Mitee-Bite part numbers, assembly instructions and toolpath suggestions. You manufacture everything in-house, so you control material cost, lead time and quality.

What machines do the designs work with?

Any CNC mill with a T-slot or threaded table: vertical machining centers, horizontal machining centers and 5-axis machines. Each design is built for your specific machine, table dimensions and T-slot pattern.

How fast is delivery?

72 hours from completed project intake. If a project needs more time because of part complexity, we say so before you pay anything.

What happens if the fixture does not fit my machine?

The Day-One Fit Guarantee covers it. If the design needs modifications to work on your machine, we deliver a corrected design within 12 hours plus a $500 downtime credit. We carry the risk, not your shop.

How does a quick-change pallet system work?

Parts are loaded into a fixture at the bench, away from the machine. The loaded fixture indexes onto a pallet base bolted to the machine table. Swapping a finished batch for the next takes minutes instead of the 30-90 minutes a typical vise changeover needs. The machine keeps cutting while you load the next batch.

How many projects do you take per month?
